The typical AQUAMARINE Aquatic Plant Harvester is hydraulically driven, powered by a diesel engine. Reciprocating knives mounted on the harvesting head cut the aquatic vegetation, which is then transferred onto the two-stage storage conveyor system located on the closed deck barge. The storage conveyors are gradually filled up with tightly packed plants. The rear storage conveyor transfers the harvested biomass onto the shoreline or into a dump truck via a Shore Conveyor. The Trash Hunter's design is based on the same principle as that of the harvesters'. However, it offers a variety of different collection head designs and propulsion systems. The equipment is very well protected against corrosion and adverse operating conditions. Only the best components available are used, and spare parts can be quickly prepared for shipment for anywhere in the world.
